The Opportunity: Senior Accounting Analyst (Corporate Accounting)
ICONIQ Capital is seeking to hire a Senior Accounting Analyst to join their Corporate Accounting team in downtown San Francisco. The candidate will report to the Assistant Controller, while working closely with the entire finance function within ICONIQ. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of the Company's operations.
Principal Responsibilities:
Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual close activities, including drafting prepaid and fixed asset entries
Work closely with Senior Revenue Accountant to prepare accrued revenue entries
Perform monthly review of employee cash expenses
Manage corporate card program in expense classification software (Concur)
Prepare daily cash recs and weekly wire confirm reports
Manage remote deposit process for check receipts
Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of industry accounting position
Desire to participate in a key part of the corporate accounting process
Superior communication skills
Strong work ethic, initiative, and attention to detail
Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Highly motivated, self-driven, solution and detail oriented
Bachelor's degree with concentration in accounting/economics/finance
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Prior experience with Intacct and Concur is a plus
Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco, CA office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $110,000-$120,000 together with a discretionary bonus, health insurance, paid time off, 401k participation with a company matching program, wellness stipend, personal education allowance as well as a commuter benefits program.
