Logistics of the Role:
Full Time - 6 Month Contract to Hire
Hybrid Remote: Fully on site for first two weeks of training, after that 2-3 days a week on site
Day to Day Activities:
Provide day-to-day desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software
Tier 1 and tier 2 Support - Answertier 1 and tier 2 calls for computers during high call periods or when scheduling conflicts arise
Deploys and troubleshoot issues with networking equipment (switches, routers, data drops, wireless access points and other hardware).
Collaborates with vendors to resolve software and hardware issues.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of IT Technical Support; mix of Desktop and Help Desk Support preferred
Highly detailed and process-oriented with advanced troubleshooting, incident resolution, and documentation skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field required
CompTIA Certifications are highly desired
