The Job:
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of our Marketing team working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to:
Marketing Acumen
Key POC to manage the launch of major PSD marketing initiatives
Work with Product Service field service teams and channel marketing teams in collaboration with product, brand, and finance to develop strategic service initiatives
Develop new service, retail, and conversion programs
Manage the development of service marketing materials to drive customer awareness and engagement
Compile, analyze, and report data on PSD service and retail business
Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing, sales and/or product strategies.
Responsible for finished goods forecast for the division
Manage Trade-Up conversion program
Manage Factory-Overhaul repair program for all repairable tools
Business Development & Communication
Work with Brand Marketing, GDS, and PSD Marketing teams to develop marketing and promotional materials
Partner with the T&O Channel Marketing teams to ensure business alignment
Execute market communication plans for new service programs and product launches
Develop Product Service Divisions service and retail end user promotions
Forecast Product Service Divisions demand for new and existing tools and accessories
People Development & Management
Develop, mentor, and train the PSD Marketing team
Participates in PSD/SBDU/Product/Channel training
Develops a relationship with Service Operations Managers and other service leaders to help maintain and meet marketing initiatives
Works closely with marketing, operations, and customer service leaders to resolve issues and streamline processes to enhance the customer experience
The Person:

5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience with at least 2 years of management exp. with a record of demonstrated achievement
2+ years of website support, sales, and promotional knowledge
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or business-related field.
Possess effective project management, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Possess basic knowledge of key business measures --sales, margins, OM, etc.
Strong computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to manage a budget for promotions, merchandising, and advertising
Possess solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Possess strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced work environment
Strong leadership skills to influence team performance
Possess a highly comfortable level for delivering presentations in a small/large group setting internally/externally as well as to all levels of an organization.
20% travel required through the U.S.
Follow through on commitments
Change Agent- Views change as positive and translates to action(s)
Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
