Job Summary:
In this role, you will work at a customer facility in Colorado Springs, CO as a direct customer liaison and System Administrator to support development and integration & test on an operational system. You will work with an amazing team of talented system and software engineers who are leading the industry in ground system solutions. This role supports operations concepts development, procedure planning, software development, interfacing with personnel from other organizations, and representing the program at technical meetings.
This position is an onsite role at our Colorado Springs, CO campus.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Developing and maintaining the operational baseline
Performing all PCC inventory as requested
Participating in customer and operator testing events
Conducting as needed meetings and trainings with the unit
Support software, hardware, integration & test, infrastructure, networks, and all AA events
Managing and maintaining the server room
Generation and execution of deployments of program increments and deviations
Providing support to non-Raytheon personnel such as All Flights, MA team, schedulers, and the system administrators
Working with onsite security officer to maintain RA badges and VARs
Maintaining all Raytheon equipment on the Ops Floor as well as work with other people to maintain their equipment
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of software engineering experience
Ability to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO
Understanding of Jira and Confluence
Comfortable engaging with senior technical leadership
Knowledge of system level architecture and interface development
Active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP) clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Development experience on a government contract
Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps development methods
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Red Hat Linux, Artifactory, LDAP
Experience with containers and pipeline
Experience working in a multi-discipline environment

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
