REPORTS TO: Director of Brokerage

SALARY RATE: $75,000-$85,000; DOE

JOB STATUS: Full-time, exempt, hybrid

HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (or as required)

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will involve working closely with brokers to enhance their marketing efforts and supporting brokerage administration tasks as assigned by the Director of Brokerage.

As a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Marketing Coordinator, you will be pivotal in supporting our brokerage team by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to their specific properties and clients. You will work hand-in-hand with brokers to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that effectively promote our properties and services, drive engagement, and, ultimately, facilitate successful transactions. A successful Brokerage Marketing Coordinator will be able to work within our established guidelines and process while also suggesting ways to streamline and increase efficiency.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS:

Partner with brokers to understand their unique marketing needs and objectives for each property or client engagement.

Understand and apply the company’s brand standards and guidelines in all brokerage marketing materials.

Develop customized marketing plans and strategies aligned with brokers' goals, target audiences, and property characteristics.

Collaborate with brokers to craft high-quality marketing materials such as property brochures, presentations, and digital content that effectively showcase properties and differentiate them in the market.

Assist brokers in leveraging digital marketing channels, including website listings, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising, to maximize property exposure and generate leads.

Provide guidance and support to brokers on branding, messaging, and positioning strategies to effectively communicate property value propositions to prospective buyers or tenants.

Improve on current production design workflow to increase efficiency, effectiveness and implementation of company brand.

Ensure consistency of and utilize third-party property photography in all marketing materials.

Utilize marketing department workflow tool(s) for communicating status of in-process projects.

Coordinate with external vendors, such as photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and copywriters, to ensure the timely production and delivery of marketing assets.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, track key metrics and outcomes, and provide regular reports and recommendations to brokers to optimize marketing strategies and drive results.

Assist the Director of Brokerage with administrative tasks as assigned, including transaction recording, coordinating agreements, maintaining databases, and other duties to support brokerage operations.

Requirements

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING/SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Two or more years of design experience + portfolio of design work required. A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working within a commercial real estate firm.

Two or more years of experience in marketing.

Knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics, terminology, and best practices.

An eye for design and aesthetics and experience with implementing brand guidelines and following template layouts.

Proficiency with the following software: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, email marketing software, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with brokers to understand their needs, build trust, and drive successful outcomes.

Ability to maintain naming conventions, document changes in design rounds and keep design files organized.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must have excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills and be capable of handling multiple tasks.

Needs to possess a positive outlook with ability to stay organized and efficient under pressure.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions that resonate with target audiences.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

Real estate license preferred
