As the Manager for the Account Management Team, you will lead a team of Account Managers to manage renewals, uplifts and achieve existing customer success goals. You will hire, coach, and retain top talent. You’ll implement effective and repeatable customer success & account management processes to successfully scale our business. You will manage forecasting, account assignment and quota achievement for the team. You’ll work closely with your team to strategize about account penetration, and tactics to prevent churn. Executive bridging on key accounts will be important so it’s important to be able to effectively articulate the vision of Bugcrowd to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Account Managers to manage renewals, uplifts and achieve existing customer success goals.

Hire, coach, and retain top talent.

Implement effective and repeatable customer success & account management processes to successfully scale our business.

Manage forecasting, account assignment and quota achievement for the team.

Strategize about account penetration, and tactics to prevent churn.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a quota carrying sales role with a track record of success and promotions

5+ years in Software/SaaS businesses preferably selling complex cybersecurity solutions

2+ years managing a growing a team of top performing contributors

Requirements:

Proven track record of leading a team of sales reps to exceed goals

Strong people management, coaching, development and development experience

Strong prioritization, territory planning, and team-selling experience

Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships

Pay Range Disclosure:

The base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to Qualifications, Geographical Location, Education/certifications, Experience, Skill Sets, Training, and other business and organizational needs.

At Bugcrowd, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range base range for Manager, Account Manager is: $120,000 - $159,900.

This position may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus program or commission plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
