What you will own
Collaborate - Work closely with the leadership team members to understand the specific requirements of each position. Gain insights into the skills, competencies, and traits crucial for success in each role. Collect feedback from the leadership team, interviewers, and candidates to continually refine and improve interview questions.
Position Requisition Management - create requisitions with appropriate screening questionnaires, follow the appropriate approval workflow for a requisition, and manage the proper flow of candidates through the workflow.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening - conduct job advertising/posting on internal and external sites, online job boards, social media, and other appropriate mediums to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Review/screen candidate resumes. Conduct resume mining from internal and external databases.
Interviewing - conduct initial phone screens with candidates to ensure fit for open position, coordinate interview logistics (interview team, agenda, time, location, travel, etc.), and review onsite interview feedback with the hiring manager and local HR to determine the candidate to hire.
Offer Creation and Delivery - build candidate offer letters, working with the internal compensation group when necessary. Present offers to candidates, sell the company and position and conduct the necessary negotiations to ensure a successful hire.
Pre-Employment Screening - Administer the necessary background checks, reference checks, and drug screens before completing the recruiting event.
Develop analytical reports on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the efficiency and integrity of the application, screening, and selection processes.
Manage the organization's relationships with external recruitment agencies and their representatives.
Manage the organization's employee recruitment referral program
Skills you will bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Two years of recruiting experience, with an emphasis in data mining for candidates using Boolean strings.
General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
Working knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office products and social media.
Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System use for requisition management and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
