Territory Sales Manager – Illinois
My client is looking for an experience sales individual who will be responsible for achieving sales targets within a designated geographic area, representing the company professionally. Operating remote, this person generates leads, secures new clients, and expands existing relationships through strategic sales methods.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a territory plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Promote the company positively, offering exceptional service to foster customer growth.
Enhance market presence and product awareness within the assigned region.
Build a pipeline of potential clients and execute strategies for conversion.
Demonstrate technical expertise in company products and the dental implant sector to highlight value to clients.
Manage allocated expenses according to budgetary guidelines.
Stay informed about industry trends and news and attend dental events and exhibitions as necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 3+ years in Dental sales, demonstrating relationship management and market growth.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to interpret technical documents and communicate clearly and persuasively.
Capable of writing reports and business correspondence effectively.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Willingness to travel frequently.
