Job Description

IT Help Desk Analysts are responsible for application support and implementation within the Information Services Department. IT Help Desk Analysts will enhance computer operational skills and be able to perform application diagnostics and troubleshooting and be able to apply software fixes or perform upgrades to existing systems. IT Help Desk Analysts must be able to demonstrate an understanding of backup and recovery methods, general operating system functionality, and change control process.

Required Qualifications:

Understanding of Microsoft Azure and virtualized environments

Understanding of Windows/Linux/ Apple operating systems

Experience with Microsoft 365 Web based and PowerShell Administration

Understanding of networking and firewalls

Experience with technical writing and documentation

Scripting experience (PowerShell and Linux/Unix)

Experience within Azure

Azure Graph API experience

Azure Hybrid AD

Azure Purview/Security and Compliance
