Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role located in North Bloomfield, OH, with some work from home flexibility. Must be winning to travel and attend trade shows. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining new and existing accounts for horticulture, industrial, and construction products. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining pricing, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales quotas.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Experience in horticulture, construction, or industrial sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
