We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Applications Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the selection process for computer vision components for Graftek customers. Use sample parts to determine optimal solution and create technical proposals.

Execute comprehensive pre-release functional testing for all Graftek systems prior to release, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Resolve issues for Graftek customers by troubleshooting and executing corrective steps.

Deliver on-site or online technical training to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing Graftek solutions.

Provide prompt responses to incoming issues, collecting relevant information to diagnose and troubleshoot reported problems effectively.

Ensure customer support requests are meticulously documented, tracked, and resolved promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels; escalate urgent issues as needed.

Create clear and concise user-facing documentation for all Graftek systems, empowering customers to maximize the benefits of our products.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.

At least 2 years experience in customer-facing role

Experience with automation hardware, such as configuring stepper motors, relays, programmable controllers, etc.

Programming experience in Python, C#, C++, or VHDL.

Familiarity with embedded systems and real-time operating systems.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Self-starter with adaptability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with computer vision or image processing.

Programming experience in C#, C++, or Java.

Experience in Windows and Linux troubleshooting.

Strong customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
