Job Summary: The Director of Sales provides leadership for the Sales Department to establish and achieve short and long-range goals and strategies while ensuring Volpe Enterprises, Inc. provides ‘The Volpe Experience’ to prospecting and returning clients.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly or indirectly supervises employees.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include training and engaging employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems both internal and external.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for attaining monthly and annual sales targets while establishing strategic business relations.
Ensures the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
Create and drive the training and development plans of sales staff.
Provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.
Integrating and aligning sales plans with available processes, IT systems, talent, and other areas in order to increase the capability and success of the sales force.
Conducting analysis in order to manage performance levels of sales against market developments and corporate objectives.
Creating product segmentation strategies wherever needed to maximize trade opportunities across different sales channels.
Communicating brand identity internally to pertinent key business collaborators, business units, and customer support.
Exploring and growing the client account list, dealing with incoming leads, and ending sales.
Seeking out and directing new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plans to advance and procure new business for the company.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
Follows company policies and procedures.

Is an available resource to company personnel to advance the company in building “The Volpe Experience” and ensuring creating and maintaining Clients for Life.
Requirements
B.S. in Business or related field required or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 10 (ten) years in successful management roles or sales experience is required.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Must be self-motivated and punctual.
Must be proficient in various computer applications.
Must be professional and polished in attitude, appearance, and speech.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
