Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust financial models to forecast growth trajectories, assess risk, and optimize resource allocation.
Drive the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic objectives.
Conduct financial due diligence and risk assessments for strategic opportunities.
Lead fundraising initiatives (equity & debt financing) to secure capital for strategic investments and expansion plans.
Optimize capital structure and allocation to maximize return on investment and support long-term financial goals.
Partner with the C-suite to translate financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements that adhere to GAAP and regulations.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and mitigate potential risks.
Manage external audits and collaborate with legal and accounting teams to ensure seamless compliance.
Optimize cash flow management and liquidity to support operational needs and strategic investments.
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that propel business growth and enhance market position.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
Proven track record of successfully raising capital from venture capital investors and managing investor relations.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
