The Company is in search of a strategic Vice President of Finance with a strong background in healthcare innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust financial models to forecast growth, driving the annual budgeting process, and leading financial due diligence for strategic opportunities. This role requires a proven track record in venture capital, particularly in the healthcare technology sector, and the ability to excel in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic thinking. The Vice President of Finance will also lead fundraising initiatives, optimize capital structure, and partner with the executive team to translate financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership, preferably in SaaS or technology, is required. The role demands a strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting, as well as experience in managing investor relations and raising capital.
