The Opportunity:

We are hiring a full time/part time Retail / Event Associate at our San Diego and Oceanside locations to help manage day to day operations, serve as a product expert and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:.

Models standards of excellence in customer service through direct interaction and handling customer complaints and issues.

Receives and stocks new product

Maintains standards of cleanliness, stocking floor and keeping back stock organized.

Assists merchandising team with new product & shop display.

1-2 years experience coordinating corporate events, conferences, or large meetings

Proven ability to manage event logistics end-to-end, including vendor relations and day-of execution

Experience overseeing event registration, attendee check-in/check-out, and onsite troubleshooting

Excellent customer service orientation with ability to assist attendees and solve problems

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure flawless execution per client specifications

Resourceful problem-solver able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and needs

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

1+ years experience in floral work and/or retail preferred

A strong background and emphasis on customer service.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Point of Sale system(s).

Must have a valid drivers license.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 30 pounds above your head.

Job requires long hours on your feet.
