Facilities Manager with Strong Professional Presence

We are seeking a Facilities Manager with a strong professional presence and the ability to self-perform small facility requests. In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and Operations Director in delivering high-quality, client-focused service. Work with the regional manager to develop strategies and continuous improvements that advance the quality-of-service delivery and enhance client partnerships.

Manage the housekeeping team, fostering a collaborative and teamwork environment, promoting energy, enthusiasm, and maximizing productivity.

Drive performance by meeting client's Key Performance Indicators

Manage operating expense budgets and provide monthly variance reports.

Initiate purchase order requests for goods and services within your responsibility

Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery of goods and services as per contracts and expectations.

Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction levels in facility management services.

Self-perform specific service requests by the Facilities tenants.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and standard safety requirements.
