Facilities Manager

The facility manager will assist with the company’s operational growth of services that pertain to the facilities dept. As we scale, this role will be critical for day-to-day operations.
This role will be largely on-site, 3-5 days, depending on activities and project demands.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
Source contractors and suppliers for repairs, maintenance, cleaning, renovations, waste disposal, security and IT systems
Compliance with all safety and security protocols
Create reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
Prepare facilities for new hires and workspace moves or adjustments.
Prepare meeting room setup for events
Manage ergonomic assessment reviews
Monitor the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, and outdoor spaces
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies:
Excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task, set own priorities, adapt to a changing environment, and meet deadlines.
Strong management, problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills
High level of interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively interface with all levels of staff and management.
Proficient in MS Excel
Able to lift 50 lbs
Preferred Education and Experience:
BA or BS degree, or equivalent experience
5 years+ relevant working experience in facilities or property management
For Headquarters role:
The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this headquarters-based position is $144,000 - $169,000 the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
