The at Work Participant Marketing team is seeking an experienced marketing professional to support the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for executives.
The contractor will: plan and coordinate marketing programs according to objectives and budget under direction of the hiring manager; prepare creative briefs and manage the creative review process with an external agency; work cross-functionally to execute marketing programs; may conduct marketing research to identify audience insights.
Must have thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
Experience in consumer email marketing, financial services marketing and agency management highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree, as well as 5+ years of relevant experience required. Degree in marketing or communications preferred.
