Responsibilities
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Help homeowners in our community discover alternative ways to sell their home, often quickly and for cash
Manage the marketing budget and deploy dollars to create results
Analyze results, spot trends, plan, and pivot to maximize effectiveness
Make a clear and wide message with social media and new content creation
Improve brand awareness, cohesiveness, and create an environment of engagement
Drive down marketing costs to increase lead generation
Identify gaps and work with advertisement vendors to run a smooth operation
Maintaining lead generation response to help our customers get what they want fast
Take a lead role developing new marketing strategies while networking with other top national investment groups
Work hand in hand with the sales department to optimize your messaging and adjust to feedback
Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For
You have 4+ years marketing experience along with a Bachelors degree in a related field

Google Adwords/pay per click

Direct mail or direct response marketing
