As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to create and execute effective marketing campaigns and strategies. You will work closely with the marketing manager and other team members to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and contribute to the achievement of marketing goals. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of marketing, including market research, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities Market Research: Collaborate with the sales team to conduct market research, helping to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Copywriting: Provide copywriting services for various marketing materials, including website updates, press releases, engagement emails, brochures, and social media posts, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Digital Marketing: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels. Monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
Marketing Collateral Management: Organize and manage marketing collateral, ensuring that materials are up-to-date and readily accessible to the sales team.
Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring that content is accurate, relevant, and SEO-optimized. Collaborate with web developers and designers as needed.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data, including website traffic, and campaign performance. Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings and insights.
Event Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches. Provide logistics assistance to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals.
Budget Management: Help manage the marketing budget by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
All other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Skills Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency with Drupal CMS and Marketo is a plus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. The manufacturing plant is open 24 x 7; Sunday – Friday. Typical office hours are Monday through Friday; 8 hours/day, typically 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Required Education and Experience Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Three to five years’ experience in industrial B-to-B marketing.
Salary - $55,000 - $75,000
