JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

DELIVER SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Job responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the schedules into our customer relation management software.

- Update accounts with new homeowner data.

- Perform administrative responsibilities including taking notes, preparing correspondence, and managing timed projects.

- Assist with billing, invoicing, and collections.

- Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or GED at a minimum

- Previous experience with customer service on the phone

- Strong problem solving skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Ability to adapt to a changing environment

- Ability to handle multiple priorities

- Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills

- Time management talent and a sense of urgency

- Background checks will be completed on all candidates considered for hire.
