Summary
The Recruiting Experience Manager is an integral part of Freeman's Career Management Center whose focus is on increasing high-impact recruitment opportunities and professional development experiences for students, employers, alumni, and faculty. As the Career Management Center continues to expand its corporate and employer outreach and increase on-campus engagement, the Recruitment Experience Manager will support the Employer Engagement team to meet the expectations of Freeman’s students and industry partners and bridge the gap between student experience and career outcomes.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Highly developed oral and written communications, presentation, organization, and time management skills • Experiences in event management or hospitality management • Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office applications, email, and CRM databases • Attention to detail and high level of organization • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented • Able to work individually as well as part of a team in a multi-cultural environment • Understand, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Required Education and/or Experience
• Minimum three years of experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, events planning and management, business development, customer service, or relevant relationship management experience
• Excellent computer/technology skills and experience using business management software
• Ability to attend evening and weekend events when required
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in corporate recruiting or relationship management
• Experience in higher education, ideally having served undergraduate and graduate students in engaging career programming
• Demonstrated knowledge of corporate business practices across multiple industries
• Experience using career management databases such as Handshake and 12Twenty
Compensation Information
This position is classified as "exempt, salaried" and is assigned to pay grade 25.
