Regional Sales Director, Federal Sales Responsibilities include: Understanding and effectively communicating StreamSets value proposition to potential customers
Work with and develop new partners to expand reach into Federal agencies.
Managing numerous opportunities concurrently and strategically through various sales stages to closure, while mitigating risk and maximizing upside
Maintaining pipeline, managing forecast, closing deals, and tracking customer data using salesforce.com.
Closing business to meet or exceed quarterly and annual booking objectives
Traveling as needed to customer sites
Developing sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities
Working closely with field engineering team and product demo to deliver critical client feedback regarding the development of the product; collaborating with support team as need
Closing (on average) two net new transaction/quarter ($175k+ ACV)
Maintain a strong focus on customer success and retention while executing new revenue opportunities
