What does the ROLE entail?

·         Responsible for the oversight of Front Desk Hosts, guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions

·         Strong guest service orientation in order to ensure high guest expectations

·         This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

·         Fast-paced environment that requires continuous standing

·         Other duties may include processing forms of payment, and responding to guest inquiries
