Kavaliro has partnered with a technology organization seeking a Software Engineer in Jacksonville, Florida.
Job Description:
Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Communicate with business teams and technical teams within the organization to achieve a solution
Design System Architectures and Data Processing Flows
Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Write, draft and develop any requirements documentation including mockups and process diagrams.
Evaluate and analyze current existing solutions to identify where a technical requirement is needed
Stay up to date with the latest advancements and processes in the financial industry and IT
Coordinate testing with QA team including developing test cases, processing QA findings and reporting any issues found.
Liaison between developers, business teams and users
Qualification/Skills:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related fields
Business Analyst Experience preferred
Advanced technical skills including programming paradigms, understanding programming languages such as Java, C, C++, C#, SQL, etc.
Knowledge in Business Terminologies
Able to express independent judgment and act on it
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Highly self-motivated and directed
Strong customer service orientation
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Excellent Documentation Skills
Experience with UI/UX Design or Data Analysis is a plus
Experience:
Microsoft Visio (1+ year)
Jira/Confluence (1+ year)
Requirements Engineering (1+ year)
Programming/Software Development (1+ year)
Schedule :
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
On-site work: This role requires on-site presence; no remote/hybrid work.
Must have reliable transportation to commute to 32256
