Executive Health, Guest Relations Specialist is responsible for coordinating the care of patients in the Executive and Preventive Health program at The Johns Hopkins Hospital

Emphasis will be placed on the scheduling and registration of patient appointments including gathering all necessary patient information, updating EPIC, patient education and answering patient requests for information

This position will manage relationships with patients and/or their designee and other various referral sources

Education and Work Experience Required:

BA or BS required or equivalent work experience

3 years related experience in healthcare and/or business with a strong focus on customer service best practices

Shift:

Full-Time

40 Hours Per Week
