Position Summary
Information Technology Director is responsible for our internal IT department. This includes the entire IT portfolio and desktop support function. IT Director will bring positive energy and a passion for partnering with company business leaders to deliver tactical high value, transformative, IT projects and support. This is a hands-on position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Maintain a high level of competency in project management practices and methods.
Establish detailed short-term, medium-term and long-term IT plans to meet company strategy and goals. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify technology opportunitiesand risks.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
Maintain and enforceIT securitypolicies and proceduresto protect the company's dataand infrastructure form threats. Say current with cybersecurity trends and best practices.
Establish, maintain and track SLA performance of existing and identified service providers, subcontractors and equipment suppliers to the IT department.
Audit and establish documented data recovery and business continuity plan from IT perspective. This includes proposing and implementing plans to address any gaps identified in the current infrastructure.
Participate in the annual budgeting process for Information Technology staffing, expenses and capital costs, including budgeting for the following year based on approved IT plans and monitoring spending to adhere the current year IT budget.
Maintain and support company-wide Analytics, BI, KPIs, and data visualization across platforms.
Partner with business leaders across the company to prioritize initiatives and standardize approaches to information delivery. Serves as a key point of contact for information delivery needs and seeks ways to improve the new technology utilization and adoption.
Provide regular reports and updates on IT performance, projects, and initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Extend the baseline Microsoft Technology Stack to enhance user productivity through implementation of new software technology where applicable, and the implementation of policies that more effectively utilize IT resources.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective processes, completion of projects and smooth operation of department.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Prefer 8 years experience in Information Technology Leadership role.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Ability to work well with technical and non-technical company employees.
Strong analytical background with business acumen, and heavy experience in business and analytical consulting.
Demonstrated excellence in communications (verbal and written), presentation, financial management, analytical and customer focus skills.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Estimating and Production leadership to drive the development and execution of new data-driven improvements.
