·Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services

·Promote a work environment that focuses on team effort
·Required to wear all safety protective equipment required by the Corporation and/or the State of Illinois – Department of Labor

Position Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s Degree preferred in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering
·5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience, preferably with packaging lines
·Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
·Strong analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving skills
·Experience with CAD software
·Proficient with Word and Excel
·Excellent communication and people skills
