IT Security Analyst
Arizona - HQ

As a IT Security Analyst, you will....
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Updating existing security systems
Creating disaster recovery plans
Gathering and assessing user feedback on how to improve the effectiveness and user experience of systems and programs.
Creating various security policies and updating employees on the guidelines to follow
Assessing existing computer systems for
security issues and risks
Creating and verifying security plans with third-party vendors
Assessing and testing any new software and technology
Conducting training programs for security programs and protocol
Creating incident reports as necessary
Overseeing data access and data maintenance
Assessing any security breaches and identifying vulnerabilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Cyber Security, or related field
Security+, Network + or equivalent
Knowledge of Security Management Frameworks
Knowledge of Network Infrastructure
Knowledge of Network Monitoring Solutions
Data Analysis
Communication skills: Must have the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, present to senior management, and influence key decision-makers.
Business acumen: Understanding the organization's business and its objectives. This includes knowledge of the organization's products, services, customers, and partners.
Experience: 3 years' experience in security related role
Medical industry experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
