iS Clinical is looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Recruiter to execute full cycle recruiting activities for all levels within the organization. The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and placing successful candidates throughout multiple disciplines and levels, from initial position identification through completion of offer and acceptance. Requirements:
Requirements
1-3 years of recruiting experience
Expertise with Comeet, sourcing methods, LinkedIn job posting, internet and passive systems
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, computer and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Professional, friendly and outgoing
Essential Duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Secure job opening and posting authorizations
Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates and hiring managers
Write and post recruitment ads with appropriate media, both print and electronic
Screen resumes for qualified applicants and coordinate resume review with hiring managers
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Discuss candidates with hiring managers and determine final candidate selection
Discuss hire offer recommendations and obtain appropriate offer approval
Conduct background and reference checks, as required
Coordinate procurement of temporary employees as needed using temp agencies
Prepare recruitment status and performance reports
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment
Develop and maintain relationships with department managers and other key staff to remain abreast of future hiring needs
Communicate with managers to improve recruitment processes
Develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need for frequently needed positions
Other duties as assigned

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $65,000.00 and $70,000.00 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
