Essential Functions:
Oversee and provide leadership to logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations in a scaling company with an energetic and creative atmosphere.
Create systems and processes to successfully deliver operational targets, budgets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and related scorecards for measurement.
Develop/Enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimal performance and develop a company-wide Quality of Service (QOS).
Develop and lead strategic execution of site, region, and corporate initiatives with respect to: Inbound and Outbound Warehouse management
Facilities Management, including routing, delivery, and backhaul
Fleet Services oversight and cost management
Value-Add Services and Processing operations
Current and new company systems, such as ERP/WMS/CRM/Route Optimization software
Evaluate fiscal metrics and adjusts activities to meet or exceed performance expectations. Participated in preparations and execution of the AOP with direct input from the management team
Developing and rolling out of the key performance metrics
Develop P&L driven initiatives in effort to meet AOP and organization targets
Competencies, Education, and Experience:

Innovative and creative thinking
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of experience in operations or warehouse management, or a related field, preferably as a VP of Operations or similar role.
Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
Physical Demands:
Stand or sit for long periods of time
Travel by auto or by flying commercial or privately as required.
