Bilingual Receptionist

Snelling Staffing is seeking a temporary, as-needed Bilingual Receptionist ($15.00/hr) to cover in a San Antonio medical office. No computer knowledge is necessary.
SCHEDULE/LOCATION:
The shift usually starts between 8-9:30 am
Only on weekdays (No Saturday or Sunday shifts)
Sporadic assignments (can be a few times a month) - an excellent opportunity for supplemental income
Northeast San Antonio, within Loop 410 (Austin Hwy area)
DUTIES:
Open office (light cleaning, opening blinds, setting A/C temperature
Assist with patient intake; give out patient history paperwork; and deliver forms to the on-duty doctor
If there is a female patient, the receptionist must be present during the consultation
Translate as needed in the Spanish language
Close up the office after patient and doctor(s) leave
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be bilingual - medical terminology is a plus
Must be punctual, dependable, and trustworthy with the office key
Must have reliable transportation
Submit to a criminal background check and drug test
