Primary Responsibilities and Essential Duties include :
Assists multi-media representatives with ad design, proposals, ad booking, invoicing, data entry and maintaining customer relations.

Assist in the creation of promotional content for special sections, including gift guides and business features.
Education, Experience, and Knowledge Requirements : 1 year experience in customer service/relations.
Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and basic office equipment.
Skill Requirements: Excellent computer skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work with internal and external customers effectively.
Ability Requirements: Ability to work effectively with coworkers and others.
