Bring your banking or credit union Business Systems Analysis and Project Management skills to our incredible Technology team! This is a high-impact role driving solutions, improvements, and change management within our growing Credit Union. As a Technology Business Partner, you are responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and managing projects through the complete lifecycle - from use case to implementation. Reporting to the AVP, Technology Business Partner, this role will provide you with complex work, high impact, and high visibility.
Analyze business processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop business requirements with pertinent stakeholders to document workflows to support successful implementations.
Manage projects and change from initiation to closure, including developing project plans, communication plan, and risk management.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, risk and impact assessments and change control logs.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and vendors to ensure successful deployment of projects and changes.
Provide ongoing support of the core operating systems, including troubleshooting issues and proposing enhancements.
Administer Credit Union systems with respect to automation, workflows, process improvements, overall efficiency in design and usage.
Analyze and test the risk and impact of changes to business processes while tracking financial impact; provide detailed analysis of proposed changes.
Identify automation opportunities within current technology ecosystem.
Onboard vendors, conduct vendor outreach, and document and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, and compliance related matters.
Requirements:
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
Previous information technology experience preferred.
Previous Business Systems Analysis and/or Project Management experience strongly preferred.
Prior experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (“VDI”) technology preferred.
Skills/Knowledge/Certifications Advanced knowledge of computer software and/or exposure to project management software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of credit union or banking operations, products, and services is strongly preferred.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changes simultaneously.
Position is eligible for Hybrid Work Agreement: minimum of 3 days/week in office. (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and another day to be worked out within department).
Position is eligible for Compressed Work Agreement (4x10)
Onboarding requirement of first 30 days in office
Some travel required (branch locations, offsite meetings, seminars, community events)
