– Oversee and maintain all in-house cash handling procedures Qualifications: – 1+ year Assistant GM or GM experience or kitchen manager with bar management background including P&L management and labor cost
– Comfortable managing and coaching people
– Private events experience
– Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to six (6) hours in length
– Must have a good sense of balance and have the ability to lift bus tubs, glass racks and trays We Offer: 1. Compensation: $50,000 starting salary plus up to $10,000 bonus potential
