About This Role:
Job Overview
Achieving The Dream is seeking an Information Technology Intern to support the IT department. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, reaching new heights and is not afraid of a challenge.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support ATDs IT infrastructure and enterprise applications.
Assist in data maintenance for ATDs client database and other core systems.
Assist with requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups.
Other duties as assigned.
Learning Outcomes: Gain experience in the field of Systems Administration (Azure, M365, Salesforce, etc.)
Gain experience working with a small but agile team of IT professionals.
Demonstrate an understanding of non-profit IT needs.
Data Management & Security
Technical Support & Training
Demonstrate an understanding of IT policies and compliance.
Gain experience with large enterprise software applications including Office 365 and Salesforce.
Develop skill competencies specific to an occupation or professional interest.
Skills/Qualifications/Experience Demonstrated software and technology knowledge, both theoretical (coursework) and practical.
Demonstrated research and general IT systems administration skills.
Basic familiarity with modern programming languages, patterns, and frameworks.
Basic familiarity with modern relational database designs and interactions.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, databases, and word processing.
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and able to work independently while meeting specific deadlines.
