Essential Functions: Manageandcoordinategeneraloffice responsibilities.
Usingindependentjudgement,establish workflow processesforfileanddatabase management.
Responsibleforprojectmanagement;planning, organizing,communicate, anddelegating tasks.
Interpretandmakecrucialdecisionsregardingadministrativefunctionsand staff.
Ensure new employee orientation is conducted for new hires and ensure all new hire paperworkiscomplete,correct,and submitted toHumanResourcesin atimelymanner.
Completeadministrativetasksandclericalduties,includingbutnotlimitedtofiling,faxing, copying, data entry, and answering phones.
Maintainconfidentialinformationand files.
Completealldocumentation,reportsandotherdata asrequiredby management andfunding sources.
Collaborates withothermanagement staff in programsandnetworkon programmatic , fiscal , organizational, and community issues.
Demonstrate professional, positive behavior andcarry out responsibilitieswithintegrity, treatingclients,families,otherLSSI workforce members, andcollaborativeorganizations and/or individual in a dignified , respectful, honest and fair manner .
Position Qualifications: Highschooldiplomaorequivalent required.
Two(2)yearsofcollegeor equivalent preferred .
Three(3)tofive(5)yearsofficemanagementexperienceorrelatedwork required.
K nowledgeofofficeorganizationand management.
Demonstratedabilityto communicate inaclear,comprehensiblemanner,bothverbally andin writing.
Excellent organization, presentation andpc/computer skills,including experience using MicrosoftOffice(Outlook,Teams, Word,Excel,PowerPoint) alongwithotherdesignated software.
Willingness to takeinitiativeandacceptresponsibilityaswellastheabilitytomultitask and manage changing priorities.
Demonstratedprofessionalismwiththeabilitytoworkcollaborativelywith others.
Demonstrate sensitivity andresponsivenesstoculturaldifferences present inboththeservice population and staff.
Backgroundcheck clearance.

Validdriver ' slicense , ingood standing forthe state ofresidencymaybe required.
