Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the project management overseeing implementation of all aspects of infrastructure & applications for the IT department
Directly or indirectly supervise and motivate cross-functional project team of technical SMEs and third-party resources.
Create and manage project scope and resource planning according to IT leadership vision and budget
Build & manager test plans for the migration of company ERP
Measure performance to assure projects are progressing as compared to original plan and budget.
Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team and IT Leadership
Coordinate resources to ensure project needs are addressed and effectively assign tasks and deliverables to team members based upon their abilities.
Upon project completion, obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders, perform appropriate closure tasks, and gather lessons learned.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or IT related field
At least 2-5 years experience in managing IT Infrastructure & business application projects on an enterprise level.
Project leadership using Waterfall, SCRUM, and Agile methodologies.
Must be able to lead projects that could include various types of technologies including, but not limited to: Network, Unified Communications, Telecom/Voice, Data Center, End User Computing/Desktop, Physical Infrastructure, ERP, Microsoft Fabric.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint, and PowerBI.
