Summary

Duties
The Purchasing Admin position is responsible for:
Process orders.
Check for proper payment and attachments per order.
Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
Kickback orders with errors
Will enter reference numbers and ETA on POs
Verify Material quantity and price on orders.
Will possibly order stock material for all warehouses.
General trouble shooting with reps and vendors.
Assist with incoming phone calls.
Requirements
Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment.
Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Self-starter and quick learner
Experience with Microsoft office
Detail Oriented
Active Listening- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
