About the role One Legal, an InfoTrack Company, is seeking an experienced Account Executive who is passionate about delivering excellence through every step of the sales relationship. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for seeking out new customers, managing a pipeline of sales opportunities, and onboarding new clients. Success in this role will require a customer-centric approach, the ability to identify process inefficiencies and offer impactful solutions, and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This is a hybrid role with up to 3 days a week to be based out of our office in San Francisco

Responsibilities Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities across your territory from initial interest through their first month of using our technology.

Develop in-depth knowledge about our target market of law firms and legal professionals and understand the challenges they face that our software can solve.

Work with opportunities that have been qualified by our Sales Development Team, as well as those that you have sourced yourself through research and direct outreach.

Use consultative sales techniques to identify process inefficiencies and offer prospects impactful solutions.

Sell remotely using sales tools such as Salesforce, Dialpad, Zoom, and ZoomInfo.

Onboard new sales, including setting up accounts, providing training, and assisting with placing their first orders.

Understand targets and critical metrics and perform against quota.

Partner with Marketing and Customer Success to develop onboarding plans and strategies that lead to rapid adoption and usage of our services.

Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of our product, customers, and effective sales tactics and strategies.

3+ years of experience as a B2B Account Executive or similar, selling software to professional services buyers.

Experience with prospecting and hunting for new business.

A consistent record of over-achievement versus targets and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Good understanding of consultative sales approach and appreciation for the value of building trust-based relationships with prospects.

Confident communicator and skilled presenter, comfortable delivering live product demonstrations via video conferencing.

Technical aptitude and experience with web technologies, ideally with previous experience selling SaaS solutions.

Familiarity with main tools and tactics of selling, including CRM usage (ideally Salesforce).

Compensation

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.

$75,000 base pay + $75,000 commission
