Required Skills/Abilities
Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, videos, and more.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with our audience, and monitoring social media trends.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote products/services.
SEO Optimization: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive website traffic.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and other key metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve strategies.
Marketing Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the natural sciences and technology sector
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (GIS), spatial data, and data sciences is a plus.
Location and Travel
Teren's primary office is in Lakewood, CO (Denver, CO area). While offering a hybrid work environment, to foster a creative and dynamic team environment, in-office collaboration with the executive team is required a minimum of 2-days per week.
Travel to select events, conferences, and periodic client meetings will be required. Must have a valid driver's license.
The Important Stuff
Full Time, Salary, Exempt Position
Base salary of $70,000-$110,000

Reports To
The Marketing Specialist reports to the VP of Product Marketing, with an understanding the
responsibilities for this position extend across the Executive Leadership team.
Working Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment including, but not limited to computers, phones, photocopiers, electronic postage meter, filing cabinets and fax machines.
