Job Overview
We’re looking for our first Account Manager here at Berbix to manage and grow our current customers. This is a quota-carrying sales position, with a dedicated focus on working closely with current customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will build and manage all aspects of the renewal process, as well as upsells and expansions. You will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.
Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the owner for a portfolio of accounts, responsible for meeting monthly quota based on Renewals and Expansion revenue.
Serve as a product expert, leading customer calls, quarterly business reviews, sharing best practices and helping customers optimize they way they utilize Berbix
Work cross functionally to identify and develop opportunities for expansion where our platform can assist customers beyond their initial use case
Build and maintain relationships with our customers to drive customer success and provide ongoing support
Collect industry knowledge and feedback from our customers to help guide product improvements and future product innovations
Work cross functionally with Sales Management, Sales Operations and Finance to ensure all billing customer usage information is accurate
Qualifications
3-4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
Sales experience at a startup or experience selling innovative and disruptive software or technology products to mid size customers
Managing a large list of accounts, with a focus on relationship building
Experience utilizing a solution and value selling approach
