Headquartered in Elmwood Park, NJ, C&S Fencing serves the tri-state area with diverse, customizable fencing solutions no matter the project. C&S Fencing serves a myriad of professional industries, ranging from temporary fencing for events and construction sites to high-security fencing for governmental and utilities facilities—and everything in between. C&S Fencing systems and services include parking guide rails, automated gates and access controls, temporary fencing, security and deterrence fencing, complex custom installations, and emergency fence repairs.

Overview Of The Role

We are currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager who will be responsible for:

Managing projects from the point of sale to the point of installation

Cultivating long-term relationships with our major General Contractors

Evaluating bids

Managing project changes with the customer

Collaborating with the Estimator

Responsibilities

Makes clients and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; develops and sustains positive and productive client relationships and takes responsibility for client satisfaction and loyalty.

Focuses on major General Contractors and high dollar jobs.

Handles the bid evaluation and selection process.

Collaborates with the Estimator to communicate quotes to customers.

Determine and define project scope and objectives.

Provides project updates on a consistent basis to clients regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Creates plans to address clients’ needs and generate revenue.

Local travel to construction sites is required.

Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.

Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

Key Qualifications

Construction & sales experience preferred.

Ability to build long-term relationships with customer satisfaction as top priority.

Highly detail oriented.

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Familiarity with construction-based work & terminology.

Basic mathematical comprehension.

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Must be trustworthy and reliable.

Desire to work for an industry leader and to be part of a winning team.

Always acts with integrity.

Compensation

Can expect to earn an average of $70k-$80k the first year (total compensation).
