Description:
Seeking a dynamic, highly-driven sales executive who will capture contracts technology products in energy services in North America. The individual will split time between the San Diego office and travel to customer sites. The individual will utilize their knowledge and connections to capture and develop new business. This position will be challenging and has great potential for an aggressive and dedicated sales professional.

DUTIES:
* Meet or exceed established goals for the capture of contracts
* Identify, qualify, and capture new prospects such that business is continually expanding
* Support company marketing efforts through active participation in industry meetings and conferences
* Serve as an industry subject matter expert on topics surrounding pipeline inspection
* Conceive new product and service offerings that meet customer and regulatory requirements
* Generate the commercial component of customer proposals
* Guide technology development through the supply of customer feedback
* Complete trip reports, expense reports, and other associated paperwork covering activities in the field
* Protect organization's value by maintaining strict discretion and confidentiality
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base on technical details of company service offerings and tools
* Ensure customer satisfaction
* Perform other activities as directed
Requirement:

* Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year university, preferably a BS degree in a technical field of study such as Engineering or Physics
* Must have 3+ years experience in a B2B sales position, with demonstrated success
* Must have significant hands-on experience (either professional or non-professional) working with electrical and mechanical devices and tools
* Must have the ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints
* Must have strong computer skills, including the ability to generate customer-presentable documents, proposals, and reports, using MS Office applications
* Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to present technical and commercial information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees
* Must be discreet, energetic, self-starting, self-managed, highly ethical, and have impeccable attention-to-detail and time-management skills
* Must have a strong work ethic
* Must be a team player with personality traits and communication skills that enable him/her to work efficiently and successfully with all levels of staff, vendors, and customers
TRAVEL:
Travel Percentage: 15-35%, some of which may be international
