About the Role:
The Associate Planner will be a leader in the management of Core Beauty stock. They will plan and forecast for a range of brands and order stock to achieve sales targets. Associate Planner will work closely with partnership managers to ensure healthy stock levels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide seasonal forecasts to optimize sales and profits
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, and interpreting and communicating this information to the team
- Identify best and worst sellers, patterns in popular styles, sales by channel to help plan the range and appropriately allocate budget to new styles
- Forecast sales at SKU level, using sales history, lost sales calculations and future business plans to prepare order quantities and ensure stock is ordered in timely fashion, and out of stocks are avoided
- Work closely with warehouse to arrange reporting and resolve stock issues
- Provide data for management accounts and assist in production of annual budgets
- Provide Planner and Buyer with previous season analysis at product level in order to best inform future buys
- Report on Aged/slow moving lines to plan sales strategies on products which havent sold through
- Balance Availability and EOM Stock Targets
KPIs
- Achieve average of 98% combined availability across brand portfolio
- Help to achieve outbound split across US warehouses
- Review and eliminate overstocks to help achieve EOM stock targets
