**Day In a Life** The MRO team is responsible for all the aspects of maintenance, repairs and service for the local fleet of Coco bots to sustain the operations of Coco customers and keep the fleet at the highest capacity with flawless performance. **Responsibilities**
+ WO assignments in accordance with required fleet KPIs
+ Updating service SOPs
+ Service/maintenance task scheduling
+ MRO facility maintenance
+ Inventory management
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Positive attitude and an ability to learn quickly
+ Excellent communication and teamwork with technicians, office staff
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent required
+ Basic computer skills (for WO and inventory management software operation)
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor degree or higher
+ Prior experience with robotics or e-mobility products
+ Prior experience with managing service/repair shop
+ Proficiency with Google Doc suite
