In the Customer Service Department, we work as a team to provide excellent customer service in a professional, efficient, and timely manner. As a company we continue to evolve so that we may effectively support not only our customers but our employee's as well.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:
Entering customer details and order specifications (alpha numeric)
Respond to various communications in a professional and courteous manner
Update records for reselections and/or rescheduled installs
Assist customers with order resolutions
Work harmoniously with others to ensure daily expectations are achieved
Adhere to confidentiality regulations
Proofread data and ensure accuracy
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
High School Diploma/GED/College required
Ability to type 40 WPM preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and drive to succeed
