Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing Manager, Regional Managers, and onsite teams in all areas of Marketing while adhering to brand standards. The Marketing Associate will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising sources and various marketing initiatives in accordance with Company directives.
Responsibilities:
Create social media graphics and posts, monitor onsite posts, and manage listings for all assets through the SOCI platform.
Maintain the Company website with content and photography.
Update photography, brand verbiage, syndication, and 3D tours as needed on Property websites.
Create various marketing collateral within Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Manage and oversee all orders for our internal marketing and uniform shop.
Maintain updated user lists on our loyalty shop, AwardCo.
Serves as primary marketing contact for Onsite and Operations teams for entire portfolio of sites.
Provides ongoing marketing support to community teams, business leaders, and clients on a dedicated portfolio of assets.
Develops tactical marketing campaigns and individual asset marketing strategies that promote each community's brand and achieves its business goals over the life of the asset.
Assists onsite teams with establishing and implementing social media strategy, email marketing, advertising websites, content, and overall prospect experience.
Analyzes reports and presents marketing performance data to internal and external clients by gathering and researching available sources of business intelligence data.
Communicates via webinars, live presentations, social media tools, website content, training manuals, and participation in major internal and external events to enhance engagement and satisfaction of internal and external clients and employees.
Meets with Marketing Manager on a regular cadence, reviews proposed service contracts to confirm preferred rates and ideal service levels.
Recommends potential service providers, monitors, and manages advertising suppliers for product performance and service quality, and fine tunes services/budgets in place as needed to achieve optimal results that support asset performance goals.
Manages onboarding and offboarding of communities within assigned portfolio.
Leads monthly marketing training during the in-person New Hire Orientation.
Works collaboratively with other departments to provide branded marketing collateral and communications as needed.
Supports and contributes to marketing budget recommendations at each individual asset and monitors spend to align with ROI benchmarks.
Provides technical guidance and support to onsite and corporate teams as well as colleagues to include troubleshooting challenges discovered by onsite teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design or related field is required.
1-3 years of Marketing, Graphic design or related experience is required.
Multifamily knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge of RealPage, Knock, Active Building, SOCI is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva are preferred.
Competency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, and other social media channels is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is required.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar skills to proofread websites, ads, and marketing materials.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
