The Lot Attendant at Wynn Volvo Cars Norristown is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership's lot and assisting with various customer service tasks. This is a full-time, hourly position in the automotive industry and is located in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The Lot Attendant will report to the Service Manager and will work as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities:
- Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Move and park vehicles
- Ensure all vehicles are properly checked in
- Assist with vehicle cleaning
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department when needed
- Assist with road test drives, customer shuttles
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and coworkers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
