Position Overview: The Senior Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting overall operational improvement, efficiency, and project management across the Office of Operations & Technology Services (OTS) department. This position is responsible for assisting all levels of management in identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices, and managing projects to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency within the organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with OTS leadership in special planning and departmental projects, providing support and expertise in operational Manage project progress and adapt work as required, ensuring projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and meet quality standards. Participate in the tender process, including the design, submission, and review of tender proposals, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements and industry standards. Manage relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and partners, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Collaborate with other back-office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold agency values. Identify opportunities to drive efficiency in department-wide operations processes through data analysis, process mapping, and implementation of best practices. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations improvement, process optimization, or project management, preferably in a technology or services-oriented organization.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of operational inefficiencies.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on results and meeting deadlines.
Experience in change management and driving organizational culture towards a continuous improvement mindset is a plus.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Physical Demands: This position is primarily a sedentary role. May occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
